Job Qualifications
- Experience with cleaning residential homes
- ability to perform physical work including pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and lifting

Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- follow the company cleaning process to ensure consistent quality
- work collaboratively with a partner
- handle customer feedback and constructive criticism professionally
- operate company vehicles safely during travel between appointments
- maintain punctuality and reliability for every shift
