Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm
- Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and company procedures
- Valid driver’s license preferred for team lead position
- Bilingual communication skills preferred
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Follow the company's proven cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely if serving as team lead
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the company car is stocked with housekeeping supplies
