Job Requirements
- Full-time availability
- Must pass a background check
- Must be comfortable working independently
- Must have daily access to a working vehicle and cell phone
- Must be able to consistently lift 20lbs and perform physical cleaning duties such as bending and kneeling
- Ability to commute to service areas including Argyle, Bartonville, Carrollton, Coppell, Corinth, Denton, Flower Mound, Frisco, Highland Village, Lewisville, Lake Dallas, Little Elm, Plano, Roanoke, and The Colony
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous residential cleaning experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and kneeling
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to undergo background check
Job Duties
- Perform thorough residential cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Communicate effectively with management and clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company standards and safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Manage travel routes efficiently between service areas such as Denton, Flower Mound, Frisco, and others
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude to promote a collaborative work environment
- Report any maintenance issues or customer feedback promptly to management
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
