Job Requirements

Valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Commitment to long-term employment
Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing
Physically capable of working on feet for 6-7 hours and lifting 25-40 lbs
Responsible for maintaining cleaning supplies
Not suitable for commercial cleaning/janitorial roles

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in cleaning preferred but not required
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work independently with accountability
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting 25-40 lbs regularly

Job Duties

Perform professional cleaning tasks at client homes
Use cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly and maintain them
Work independently while adhering to high company standards
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Uphold company values of respect, care, and integrity
Attend paid training sessions to enhance cleaning skills
Maintain physical stamina to perform duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
