Job Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Complete a background check
Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm
Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients
Possession of a valid driver's license for team leads

Job Duties

Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
For team leads: manage the team's schedule and drive safely
For team leads: maintain equipment and ensure car is stocked with housekeeping supplies
Delight customers using a proven cleaning process
Earn tips through excellent service
Follow a professional, team-based approach to housekeeping
