Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- complete a background check
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- availability to work Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm
- bilingual preferred
- must be able to communicate with clients
Job Qualifications
- No previous housekeeping experience required
- ability to communicate with customers
- valid driver’s license preferred for team leads
- experience in customer service desirable
- ability to work well on a team
- attention to detail
- physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- follow the cleaning process to delight customers
- communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- maintain equipment and supplies
- manage team's schedule and drive safely (for team leads)
- ensure company vehicle is properly loaded with supplies
- provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business
