Job Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • complete a background check
  • physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, and complete housekeeping tasks
  • available to work Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm
  • willingness to travel to Grayslake, Illinois for training
  • available to work in Salem, Wisconsin or Grayslake, Illinois as needed
  • valid driver’s license preferred

Job Qualifications

  • No prior experience required
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • valid driver’s license preferred for team lead position
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to work well within a team environment
  • willingness to learn and follow established cleaning processes
  • bilingual preferred

Job Duties

  • Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
  • communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
  • follow the proven cleaning process to delight every customer
  • manage team’s schedule and drive safely (team lead role)
  • maintain equipment and ensure car is stocked with supplies (team lead role)
