Job Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
complete a background check
physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, and complete housekeeping tasks
available to work Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm
willingness to travel to Grayslake, Illinois for training
available to work in Salem, Wisconsin or Grayslake, Illinois as needed
valid driver’s license preferred

Job Qualifications

No prior experience required
ability to communicate effectively in English
valid driver’s license preferred for team lead position
strong attention to detail
ability to work well within a team environment
willingness to learn and follow established cleaning processes
bilingual preferred

Job Duties

Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
follow the proven cleaning process to delight every customer
manage team’s schedule and drive safely (team lead role)
maintain equipment and ensure car is stocked with supplies (team lead role)
