Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm
- Willing to travel to Grayslake, Illinois for training
- Available to work in either Salem, Wisconsin or Grayslake, Illinois as needed
- Bilingual preferred
Job Qualifications
- No previous house cleaning experience required
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred for team lead roles
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday during daytime hours
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- Bilingual preferred
- Ability to travel to training location in Grayslake, Illinois
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Manage the team's schedule and drive safely (for team leads)
- Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies (for team leads)
- Follow the company's cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Earn tips through quality service
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
