Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- insured personal vehicle used daily
- smartphone
- willing to undergo a background check and drug screening
- physically able to perform cleaning duties
- availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- able to work full-time as a W2 employee
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in residential cleaning preferred but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to use smartphone apps for work coordination
- physically capable of bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 35 pounds
- reliable and punctual
- able to read, write, and communicate in English
- commitment to excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Travel to client homes using your own insured vehicle
- provide high-quality residential cleaning services
- communicate with the team via app on your smartphone
- work independently while being part of a supportive team
- maintain cleanliness and organization in all assigned locations
- ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback
- follow safety guidelines and company protocols
