- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- able to pass a background check
- physical capability to mop, vacuum, dust, and perform overhead work
- ability to stoop, bend, kneel, and stretch throughout an 8-hour workday
- ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- available to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5:30 pm
- willingness to work in a smoke-free environment

- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- You must be able to stoop, bend, kneel, and stretch throughout an 8-hour workday
- You must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
- You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8 am to 5:30 pm
Job Duties
- Housekeeping helps families who don’t have time to clean their own homes
- With a career in house cleaning, you will bring them joy and relief and reward yourself in the process
- You’ll delight customers with our simple system, so they keep coming back
- Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards - Follow our process, and you’ll delight every customer
- Make them feel like you care about their home, and you’ll win here
- Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely - The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team
- Maintain equipment - The team lead will be responsible for basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensuring the car is stocked with the appropriate housekeeping supplies
