Job Duties
- Retrieve meeting materials and store them securely
- anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and handle complaints professionally
- build rapport with regular and new guests using guest names per company policy
- maintain effective communication within the team and across departments
- uphold personal appearance, punctuality, and teamwork standards
- attend monthly banquet team meetings and support a positive work culture
- ensure banquet setups meet Four Seasons' quality standards for food, beverage, and presentation
- set up, break down, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, and props per event orders
- maintain inventory and condition of linen, china, glassware, and supplies
- coordinate with Banquet, Kitchen, and Catering teams for smooth operations
- execute service steps accurately including greeting, order-taking, and serving food and beverages
- deliver service that exceeds guest expectations and maintain attention to detail
- assist in other Food & Beverage areas as needed based on business demands
- support merchandising initiatives and suggest product and equipment improvements
- ensure a safe workplace by identifying hazards and taking corrective action
- comply with Four Seasons policies, EmPact handbook, and local legislation
- maintain cleanliness in banquet areas and assist during emergencies
- fulfill physical requirements such as standing full shifts, lifting up to 100 lbs, working indoors/outdoors, handling chemicals, and operating Food & Beverage equipment
- be flexible with duties, schedules, and redeployment as required
