Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all public areas including lobbies elevators corridors restrooms fitness center meeting spaces and other common areas
- Remove trash and soiled linens from guest rooms and housekeeping carts
- Deliver clean linen towels and amenities to guest rooms and housekeeping stations
- Assist room attendants with tasks such as bed making heavy lifting or fulfilling special guest requests
- Restock housekeeping closets and storage areas with supplies and linen
- Keep all public and service areas neat safe and well-organized
- Adhere to project cleaning schedules for deep cleaning and special assignments in public areas
- Promptly report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a friendly professional and helpful manner
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols including proper chemical usage
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor or manager
