Job Requirements
- Successful completion of a background check prior to employment
- Ability to use hands to lift carry or pull objects that may be heavy
- Willingness to perform repetitive physical tasks

- Ability to learn new cleaning procedures quickly
- Must be available to work full-time
- No prior professional experience required

- Good communication skills for greeting guests
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and safety procedures
Job Duties
- Clean rooms hallways lobbies lounges restrooms corridors elevators stairways and locker rooms and other work areas
- Abide by the regulations set forth by the material safety data sheets when using chemicals
- Move arrange furniture and dust polish furniture metalwork and equipment
- Sweep scrub wax and polish floors using brooms and mops and powered scrubbing and waxing machines
- Clean rugs carpets upholstered furniture and draperies using vacuum cleaner
- Collect soiled linens for laundering and receive and store linen supplies in linen closet
- Clean bathrooms and replenish with supplies
- Refurnish room with supplies towels etc as required
- Supply cleaning cart with appropriate supplies for shift
- Wash walls ceiling and woodwork wash windows door panels and sills
- Empty wastebaskets and empty and clean ashtrays
- Transport trash and waste to disposal area
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Assist room attendant with tasks as needed
- Take initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
