- ascend and descend ladders, stairways, and service ramps
- move, lift, transport, and place objects up to 55 pounds unassisted and heavier with assistance
- push and pull maintenance carts and related machines on inclined and uneven surfaces
- stand, sit, kneel, or walk for prolonged or frequent periods during shifts
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Duties
- Clean showers and public and employee restrooms
- clean glass surfaces in public and employee areas
- clean floor surfaces in public and employee spaces using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- dust surfaces in assigned areas
- empty trash containers, ashtrays, and urns in public areas into proper receptacles
- inspect furniture condition for breaks, tears, and stains and report damages
- clean and maintain lighting fixtures
- place caution signs to reduce traffic when necessary
- contact other departments directly for urgent repairs
- promptly respond to requests from guests and other departments
- identify and report preventive maintenance or safety issues in public areas or guest rooms
