Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Four to six months housekeeping experience or training preferred
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak basic English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and holidays
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to comply with standardized procedures with minimal variables

Job Duties
- Cleans hallways, lobbies, corridors, elevators, stairways
- Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors
- Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
- Dusts furniture and equipment
- Polishes metalwork such as fixtures and fittings
- Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork
- Maintains public area cleanliness including restrooms
- Empties wastebaskets and cleans ashtrays
- Transports trash and waste to disposal area
- Stocks Room Attendant carts with linen and room supplies
- Strips dirty linen and transports to Laundry Room
- Retrieves clean linens and stocks floors
- Folds towels, sheets, linens as needed
- Stocks closets or storage areas
- Assists Room Attendants with heavy lifting and moving furniture
- Maintains storage areas organization and cleanliness
- May assist with pool maintenance and cleaning
- Uses supplies carefully for cleaning and maintenance
- Gives pleasant greeting to guests
- Uses guest name upon entering occupied rooms
- Responds timely to customer needs for supplies
- Other duties as assigned
