Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must pass auditions, skill testing, background check, physical examination, and drug screening
  • Fluency in English preferred
  • Must be able to stand or walk up to 8 hours
  • Ability to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
  • Frequent lifting of up to 10 pounds, occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
  • Clear vision for navigating resort buildings

  • 1+ years of related experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in hospitality industry, time share preferred
  • Ability to work well in diverse team environment

  • Ability to provide exemplary customer service

Job Duties

  • Support and uphold company values, expectations, policies, and procedures
  • Provide Room Attendants with necessary supplies
  • Empty carts of soiled linen and trash
  • Clean and maintain resort corridors, stairs, patio deck, garage, hot tub, sauna, and public areas
  • Assist with VIP room preparations, chemical clean carpets, turn mattresses, wash walls, windows and public areas, move furniture
  • Maintain supply and storage of linen
  • Assist owners, guests, and cross train in maintenance responsibilities
  • Collaborate with front desk and run errands for supervisors
  • Dust and polish wood and brass areas
  • Conduct all responsibilities professionally and ethically
  • Maintain consistent attendance
  • Adhere to performance standards and company policies
