Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of three years of customer service experience
- One to two years of operations or house management experience preferred
- Customer service experience in guest, volunteer or event management preferred
- Knowledge of computer basics
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly under pressure
- Willingness to work in a dynamic theatre environment
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Crowd Management certification preferred
- Minimum of three years of customer service experience
- One to two years of experience in operations or house management in theatre or performance settings preferred
- Supervisory experience with volunteers preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of computer basics including word processing, email, and web applications
- Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and organizational levels
- Flexible and adaptable to changing performance environment
- Strategic thinker and problem solver
- Ability to build relationships with volunteers, patrons, and support teams
- Maintain professionalism and poise in all situations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Job Duties
- Assist the House Manager on duty during shifts
- Work with volunteers to provide impeccable customer service and safety
- Greet and assist patrons professionally ensuring high-quality satisfaction
- Attend pre- and post-performance meetings to improve patron experience
- Be knowledgeable of policies, procedures, and upcoming events
- Assist with the completion of performance notes and troubleshoot issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
