Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment

  • Basic computer skills for reservation and order input
  • Experience with banquet or event service a plus

Job Duties

  • Familiarizing guests with menu and daily specials
  • Accurately recording food and drink orders
  • Running multi-course meals
  • Tallying bills
  • Memorizing details of daily specials, seasonal menu items, and rotating craft beer options
  • Providing elegant high-end service during private events
  • Setting up and tearing down event spaces including lifting up to 50lbs
  • Assisting servers with bussing tables and preparing for next customers
  • Delivering orders accurately as food runner with strong menu knowledge
  • Stocking bar, cleaning glassware, and supporting bartenders as barback
  • Organizing and planning food orders quickly and accurately as expo
  • Greeting guests warmly, managing seating charts and reservations as host/hostess
  • Operating dish machine and maintaining cleanliness
  • Preparing menu items according to recipes and quality standards as prep, pastry, or line cook
  • Upholding safety and cleanliness in kitchen
  • Working efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume settings
