Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Ability to memorize menu items and specials
  • Experience handling high volume dining and events
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
  • Familiarity with POS and digital kitchen display systems is a plus
  • Physical capability to lift moderate weights
  • Team-oriented mindset with reliability and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Familiarizing guests with menu and daily specials
  • Accurately recording food and drink orders
  • Running multi-course meals
  • Tallying bills
  • Memorizing details of daily specials, seasonal menu items, and rotating craft beer options along with extensive wine and bourbon knowledge
  • Providing elegant high-end service for private events with up to 200 people
  • Setting up and tearing down event spaces including lifting up to 50lbs
  • Assisting servers by bussing tables and preparing tables for the next set of customers
  • Managing bar stock, delivering product to bartenders, cleaning and polishing glassware, possibly taking orders
  • Organizing and expediting food orders, using digital KDS system
  • Welcoming guests warmly and managing the seating chart
  • Monitoring restaurant activity to optimize seating flow
  • Responding to guest inquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Operating dish machine and maintaining cleanliness
  • Preparing menu items according to recipes and portion control
  • Upholding standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • Executing high volume food preparation in a fast-paced environment
