Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Reliable transportation
Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs
Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to memorize menu and specials

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in restaurant serving or bartending helpful
Knowledge of menu items and beverage options
Ability to memorize detailed menu and specials
Experience in banquet or event service beneficial
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Capability to lift up to 50lbs for banquet roles
Familiarity with digital kitchen display systems advantageous
Ability to work as part of a team
Basic food preparation skills for kitchen roles
Attention to detail and cleanliness
Positive attitude and professionalism

Job Duties

Familiarize guests with menu and daily specials
Accurately record food and drink orders
Run multi-course meals
Tally bills
Memorize details of daily specials, seasonal menu items, and beverage options
Provide elegant high-end service for private events
Set-up and tear-down events
Assist with bussing and server duties
Deliver food orders with accurate seat and table knowledge
Stock and maintain bar area
Clean and polish glassware
Greet guests and take orders when needed
Organize and coordinate food orders through a digital system
Welcome guests warmly
Manage seating charts and reservations
Monitor restaurant dining flow
Perform daily cleaning duties
Answer phone calls
Input reservations and complete transactions
Operate dish machine
Prepare menu items according to recipes and portion control
Uphold food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
