Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • excellent communication skills
  • basic math skills for order processing
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • First and last impression of the restaurant
  • welcoming guests with a positive attitude
  • seat guests following rotation
  • manage a waitlist
  • answer the telephone
  • make reservations
  • menu knowledge
  • take carry out orders

  • greet guests in a timely manner
  • knowledge of food and drink menus

  • run food and drinks
  • circulate throughout the restaurant to assist with pre-bussing and guests needs
