Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant hosting, serving, cooking, or bussing preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Familiarity with restaurant POS systems is an advantage
  • Knowledge of food safety standards for kitchen roles
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant host or similar role preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Micros POS system or similar software
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations for cook position
  • Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environment

  • Experience in customer service roles
  • Basic math skills for handling payments

Job Duties

  • First and last impression of the restaurant
  • Welcoming guests with a positive attitude
  • Seat guests following rotation
  • Manage a waitlist
  • Answer the telephone
  • Make reservations
  • Menu knowledge
  • Take carry out orders
  • Working knowledge of Micros
  • Greet guests in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of food and drink menus
  • Micros knowledge
  • Take food and drink orders
  • Run food and drinks
  • Circulate throughout the restaurant to assist with pre-bussing and guests needs
  • Process payment in a timely fashion
  • Welcome guests back
  • Menu knowledge
  • Attention to detail
  • Recipe adherence
  • Health code knowledge
  • Ability to multitask
  • Cleaning and resetting tables as guests leave
  • Proper sanitation of all tables, chairs, etc
  • Help servers by stocking glasses, plates and ice
  • Maintain patio cleanliness
