Job Requirements
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift, move, and carry 40 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to obtain MAST and Food Handlers Licenses
- Ability to work special events with extended hours and flexible schedule
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of wine varietals and descriptors
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse client groups
- Ability to provide strong customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Cash register experience
- Experience in retail or hospitality industry
Job Duties
- Prepare tasting room for daily openings and closings
- May work without direct supervision
- Present selected wines for tasting
- Assist consumers with their purchases
- Act as an informed resource for consumers regarding winemaking, winegrowing, wine vintages, availability of products, and brand awards/accolades
- Operate cash registers/POS system and credit card terminals accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food
- Follow sanitation protocol
- Be able to obtain MAST and Food Handlers Licenses
- Other duties as assigned
