Job Requirements
- Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Current certifications as needed
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
- Willingness to wear uniforms and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Duties
- Control labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels while driving efficiency from all staff
- Retain control of production, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to operational standards
- Audit service and quality regularly
- Adhere to all standards and established tracking procedures daily
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Supervise teamwork and service consistently
- Handle day-to-day employee issues professionally while following company policies
- Support and implement training programs to develop skills, build repeat business, grow revenue, and improve morale
- Assist in annual employee reviews and supervise interim performance issues
- Ensure accurate adherence to time and attendance procedures
- Maintain staffing levels according to guidelines and adjust daily based on business needs
- Train all employees according to safety, health, and sanitation procedures
