Job Requirements

  • Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Current certifications as needed
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
  • Willingness to wear uniforms and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Duties

  • Control labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels while driving efficiency from all staff
  • Retain control of production, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to operational standards
  • Audit service and quality regularly
  • Adhere to all standards and established tracking procedures daily
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Supervise teamwork and service consistently
  • Handle day-to-day employee issues professionally while following company policies
  • Support and implement training programs to develop skills, build repeat business, grow revenue, and improve morale
  • Assist in annual employee reviews and supervise interim performance issues
  • Ensure accurate adherence to time and attendance procedures
  • Maintain staffing levels according to guidelines and adjust daily based on business needs
  • Train all employees according to safety, health, and sanitation procedures
