Job Duties
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns
- Process payments and make change accurately
- Keep dining area clean and organized
- Assist with the training and supervision of the team, ensuring all employees are performing at their highest capability
- Perform closing and opening administrative responsibilities on supervising shifts
