Job Requirements

Ability to handle the physical demands of a restaurant - standing, lifting, carrying, etc
Communicates and expresses ideas to better service our customers
Strong verbal communicator
Servsafe or required state food safety license
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
Team spirit
Understanding of food hygiene
Good time-management skills
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and KPS/POS systems
Work experience as a pizza chef or similar role in a restaurant (preferred)

Job Duties

Prepare customer orders and help with kitchen prep activities
Complete daily prep including washing and chopping vegetables, filling side cups, restocking make lines
Smoke and cut chicken breasts and wings using smoker
Maintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment regularly
Receive in the moment coaching and hands on training
Assist management with in store tasks and other daily store duties
Comply with the rules and regulations of the company
Take orders, process payments, and customer phone calls
Resolve customers concerns and answer customers questions to your best ability
