Job Requirements
- Must have 2-3 years in high volume kitchen in the position
- Ability to work flexible shifts including full and part time

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in a high-volume kitchen environment in a similar role
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience in food service
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to explain menu items clearly to associates and customers
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Job Duties
- Cook and prepare food following approved recipes and production standards
- Ensure all deadlines are met based on production orders
- Supervise hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and recommending disciplinary action
- Store food in designated areas following all corporate, state and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures
- Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils
- Clean workstations thoroughly before leaving area
- Keep display equipment clean during meal service
- Interact with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Relay relevant information directly to supervisor
- Demonstrate complete understanding of daily menu items and explain them accurately
- Monitor inventory and deliveries of product and supplies
- Track product production, consumption and waste
- Inform supervisor when supplies or product are low
- Perform other duties as assigned
