- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles

- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
Job Duties
- Follow all cash control and security procedures such as safe counting and cash drawer management
- Maintain inventory by performing daily and weekly inventory inspections
- Receive inventory truck orders
- Motivate and direct Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings
- Provide coaching and feedback to Team Members to increase team capabilities and raise restaurant performance
- Work hard to implement shift plan and drive operational results
- Direct efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products within established speed of service guidelines
