Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant management experience
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for proper functioning of restaurant

- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant management experience
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for proper functioning of restaurant
Job Duties
- Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members to increase restaurant team capabilities and raise performance
- Sets an example by working hard to implement shift plan and drive operational results
- Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed of service guidelines
- Motivates Team Members during the shift on each workstation
- Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement
- Ensures restaurant upholds operational and brand standards
- Performs duties of Team Member when necessary
