Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience of at least 1 year
- Kitchen experience of at least 1 year
- Leadership experience of at least 1 year

- Strong commitment to superior hospitality
- Ability to manage team members behavioral and performance issues
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Willingness to learn and grow in position
Job Duties
- Provides clear, specific, timely, and respectful coaching and feedback to ensure operational excellence and improve team member performance
- Adjusts team member daily as necessary to meet business needs
- Manage labor and food cost
- Ensures team and guest safety by following operational policies and procedures (e.g., knife handling standards, food safety guidelines)
- Provides feedback to the management team on performance during shift
- Assists with new team member training by leveraging company training tools
- Creates a positive work environment in line with Lou's mission and values
- Communicates opportunities and other information to store leadership
- Communicates store goals and focuses
- Executes store operations and operational tools during scheduled shifts
- Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned
- Runs shifts in absence of General Manager
