Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • three or more years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
  • flexibility to travel for work-related functions and training
  • ability to complete all required company training programs
  • detail-oriented and organized
  • strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • self-driven and energetic

  • Three or more years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • flexible with shift work including days, evenings, and weekends
  • self-driven, energetic and detail-oriented
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • new restaurant opening experience preferred
  • must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Execute restaurant operations functions
  • act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
  • manage cash handling and ensure accountability
  • enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
  • execute shift management meeting Raising Cane's operations and safety standards
  • use required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when needed
  • deploy crewmembers during a shift
  • provide exemplary customer service
  • utilize reward and recognition program for crewmembers
  • authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
  • ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and facility maintenance
  • complete other duties as assigned
