  • Experience as a server or kitchen employee in a full-service restaurant
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to perform intermediate mathematical computations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead and coach a team
  • Ability to handle cash accurately
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Flexible schedule including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
