- Experience as a server or kitchen employee in a full-service restaurant
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to perform intermediate mathematical computations

- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Flexible schedule including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
