Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Assist the Restaurant General Manager with all facets of successful operations for an Arby’s restaurant including people, profitability and operations
- Provide a high level of leadership to the restaurant and employees
- Support the Restaurant General Manager with sales and profit growth strategies
- Execute all operational procedures effectively
- Enforce all company policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe and enjoyable work environment
- Drive team performance and development
