Job Requirements
- No formal education requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service environment preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate kitchen and food preparation equipment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Good problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working indoors in hot conditions and occasionally outdoors
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive as needed

Job Duties
- Assist general manager and assistant manager to supervise crew members and team leaders to maintain customer service
- Resolve customer complaints as needed
- Open restaurant, set up cash drawers, initiate computer run and make final deposit of previous night’s receipts
- Turn on fryers, broilers and breakfast grills
- Prepare food and wait on customers at counter and drive-thru window
- Prepare garnish for lunch sandwiches, cut lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions
- Receive and store incoming shipments of food
- Rotate stock in freezer/cooler
- Perform minor repairs as needed
- Operate cash register
- Close restaurant, clean kitchen equipment, dining room, prepare final deposit and closing paperwork
- Help build a positive and motivating environment for all employees committed to superior customer service
