Job Requirements

  • 16 years or older (18+ in CA)
  • prior restaurant experience
  • strong communications skills
  • ability to work days, nights, and weekends
  • ability to build and mentor a team
  • professional appearance and manners
  • self-starting personality
  • availability for flexible scheduling
  • experience in operations, management, inventory, scheduling, or guest relations preferred but not required

Job Qualifications

  • prior restaurant and/or hospitality experience
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • capable of maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
  • self-starting personality with a willingness to learn new skills

Job Duties

  • coach and develop team members for success
  • assist management with daily restaurant operations
  • lead the team in delivering made-to-order menu items
  • manage labor and food costs effectively
  • build strong relationships with guests
  • ensure smooth operations during shifts focusing on speed, safety, and cleanliness
  • recruit and retain key team members through effective leadership
