- previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- ability to work full-time
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle cash and operate computer systems
- reliable and punctual

- physical ability to perform job tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Assist general manager and assistant manager to supervise crew members and team leaders to maintain good customer service
- ensure orders are taken promptly, accurately, and courteously
- resolve customer complaints as needed
- open restaurant and set up cash drawers
- initiate computer run and make final deposit of previous night's receipts
- turn on fryers, broilers, and breakfast grills
- prepare food and serve customers at counter and drive-thru window
- prepare garnish for lunch sandwiches by cutting lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions
- receive and store incoming food shipments
- rotate stock in freezer and cooler
- perform minor repairs as necessary
- operate cash register
- close restaurant including cleaning kitchen equipment and dining room, preparing final deposit, and closing paperwork
- help build a positive and motivating environment for employees committed to superior customer service
