Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Assist general manager and assistant manager with supervising crew members and team leaders
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous order taking
  • Resolve customer complaints as needed
  • Open restaurant, set up cash drawers, initiate computer runs, and make final deposits of previous night’s receipts
  • Turn on fryers, broilers, and breakfast grills
  • Prepare food items and serve customers at counter and drive-thru
  • Prepare garnishes such as lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions
  • Receive and store incoming food shipments
  • Rotate stock in freezer and cooler
  • Perform minor repairs as needed
  • Operate cash register
  • Close restaurant including kitchen and dining area cleaning, preparing final deposit and closing paperwork
  • Help build a positive and motivating environment committed to superior customer service
