Job Duties
- Assist general manager and assistant manager with supervising crew members and team leaders
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous order taking
- Resolve customer complaints as needed
- Open restaurant, set up cash drawers, initiate computer runs, and make final deposits of previous night’s receipts
- Turn on fryers, broilers, and breakfast grills
- Prepare food items and serve customers at counter and drive-thru
- Prepare garnishes such as lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions
- Receive and store incoming food shipments
- Rotate stock in freezer and cooler
- Perform minor repairs as needed
- Operate cash register
- Close restaurant including kitchen and dining area cleaning, preparing final deposit and closing paperwork
- Help build a positive and motivating environment committed to superior customer service
