  • 1-2 years related experience including prior supervisory experience

  • MAST certification
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Helps manage the FOH staff including directing work, addressing concerns, and holding staff accountable
  • Assists management with training new employees
  • Monitors the dining area to ensure cleanliness, proper setup, and adherence to health and safety standards
  • Oversees the opening and closing procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Handles customer complaints, conflicts, and emergencies, making quick decisions to resolve issues
  • Ensures all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times
  • Maintains an extensive floor presence to support the FOH and BOH staff
  • Fills in where needed to ensure guest service standards are met and operations run efficiently
  • Performs any and all other duties as assigned
