Job Duties
- Helps manage the FOH staff including directing work, addressing concerns, and holding staff accountable
- Assists management with training new employees
- Monitors the dining area to ensure cleanliness, proper setup, and adherence to health and safety standards
- Oversees the opening and closing procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Handles customer complaints, conflicts, and emergencies, making quick decisions to resolve issues
- Ensures all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times
- Maintains an extensive floor presence to support the FOH and BOH staff
- Fills in where needed to ensure guest service standards are met and operations run efficiently
- Performs any and all other duties as assigned
