Job Requirements
- ability to pass criminal background check
- ability to pass tb test
- availability to work early shift from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm
- ability to lift and move furniture and equipment
- willingness to work monday through friday with no weekend availability
- reliable transportation or access to bus route
- legal authorization to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
- ability to operate power cleaning equipment
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- will be the main point of contact for all things janitorial
- cleaning up spills and messes as they occur
- changing ceiling tiles and light bulbs when needed
- pulling trash and removing it from facility
- use power equipment such as blowers to clean entryways
- move desks, furniture and chairs
- sanitize high touch areas such as push plates, door handles, and water fountains
- sweeping, mopping, high and low dusting
- cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
- all other duties will be assigned
