Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of restaurant supervisory or management experience (quick service preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ServSafe certification is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
  • Supervise and support team members to ensure high-quality service
  • Train and develop employees to meet company standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies
  • Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally
  • Lead by example with a hands-on approach and positive attitude
