Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- One month of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work flexible AM/PM shifts
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for state of employment
- One month of related experience or a combination of education and experience
- Understanding of customer service principles and processes
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
- Aptitude for basic math and financial transactions
- Knowledge of military and 24-hour time formats
- Ability to operate a manual transmission and perform parallel parking, highly desirable
Job Duties
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests and coworkers, acknowledging and greeting guests promptly
- Utilize proper phone etiquette and position yourself in designated areas when not engaged in tasks
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, assisting with luggage and doors as needed
- Provide guests with directions, reservations, and facility information
- Shuttle guests to approved locations
- Communicate parking rates and procedures to guests, ensuring proper key handling and maintaining accurate ticket information for all vehicles
