Job Duties
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain complete knowledge of hotel features services hours of operation
- Maintain knowledge of room rates special packages and promotions
- Keep updated on daily house count and expected arrivals departures
- Know scheduled daily group activities
- Greet all guests as they arrive depart via car shuttle or walking
- Assist guests with luggage as needed
- Park and retrieve guests cars upon request
- Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments personnel
