Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must have and maintain a valid driver's license
- ability to drive manual transmission
- pass criminal background check
- pass motor vehicle record check
- pass drug screening
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally
- ability to push and pull weight up to 100 pounds
- availability to work extended hours including evenings and weekends
- willingness to travel up to 10%
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree preferred
- minimum of two years related experience or equivalent education
- knowledge of general business practices including accounting and human resources
- proficiency with MS Office applications
- ability to effectively manage multiple projects
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- ability to pass criminal background, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
Job Duties
- Oversee daily valet and parking operations to ensure efficient and courteous guest service
- manage scheduling, labor allocation, and payroll for valet staff
- recruit, train, and coach valet associates to maintain high performance and retention
- monitor and improve financial performance metrics and account profitability
- maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and service standard adherence
- ensure compliance with safety procedures and risk management protocols
- utilize Towne Park business systems for operational reporting and asset management
