Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license for the applicable state or commutable distance
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests and coworkers
- Basic arithmetic skills including handling money and calculating rates
- Ability to operate a vehicle safely and cautiously
- Familiarity with manual transmission operation is a plus
- Good physical stamina
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers
- Greet guests promptly and use guest last names during interactions
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely, operating cautiously
- Assist guests with bell services and luggage handling
- Provide guests with directions, local information, and assistance
- Issue and collect claim checks according to established procedures
- Complete and maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and transactions.
