Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license for the state of employment or commutable distance
- One month related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of customer service principles and personal service processes
- Ability to read, write and comprehend English
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic and understand time systems
- Ability to safely operate vehicles including parallel parking
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state or a commutable distance
- One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to understand and perform basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to perform parallel parking
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner
- Park and retrieve vehicles promptly and safely
- Assist guests with luggage delivery and pick up during arrival and departure
- Greet guests with a professional and friendly demeanor using salutations and guest names
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests
- Maintain accurate ticket information, complete damage surveys and manage claim check receipts
- Assist guests with directions, taxi services, reservations and provide information about the hotel and local attractions
- Shuttle guests to approved locations as needed
- Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
