Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Basic math knowledge
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to add and subtract three-digit numbers
- Ability to multiply and divide with tens and hundreds
- Ability to use units of American money
- Ability to understand 24-hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
- Ability to maintain accuracy and composure under pressure
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to communicate clearly and courteously

Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients
- Acknowledge and greet guests promptly
- Use proper Towne Park phone etiquette
- Assist guests with directions and inquiries
- Process payments accurately via cash, credit or direct billing
- Collect and reconcile revenue
- Furnish payment receipts
- Complete accurate and timely shift reports
- Follow standard operating procedures related to cash banks
- Operate equipment including registers, gates and credit card machines
- Obtain information about daily events and rates
- Complete all tasks as instructed by the Lead Cashier or Account Manager
