Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- One to three months related customer service experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience without high school diploma or GED
- Cashier or cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to comprehend rates applicable to time passed
- Must be able to read and write standard English
- Must be able to comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- Must be able to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic with money, weight, volume and distance measurements

Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using guest last names and appropriate salutations
- Practice proper phone etiquette and assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries
- Provide information about facility amenities and local attractions
- Collect and reconcile revenue and furnish receipts upon request
- Accurately categorize tickets for audit purposes and complete detailed shift reports
- Follow all cash bank standard operating procedures
- Operate equipment including register, gate and credit card machine
- Obtain information about daily events and pricing
- Identify and collect revenue for overnight vehicles not charged for parking
- Maintain claim checks and guest folio archives
- Produce guest vehicle key inventory and manage pull and placement of guest keys in pick up order
- Maintain clean and neat work environment including cashier booth and surrounding parking areas
- Complete tasks timely as instructed by Account Manager
- Collect claim checks/tickets from guests prior to issuing keys
- Check all keys for vehicle location and perform damage surveys prior to securing keys
