Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
  • One to three months related customer service experience and/or training
  • Cashier or cash handling experience preferred
  • Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
  • Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
  • Ability to read and write standard English language
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s
  • Ability to perform operations using American money and measurement units

Job Duties

  • Maintain pleasant and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients
  • Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using professional and friendly manner
  • Practice proper phone etiquette and assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries
  • Provide information about facility amenities and local attractions
  • Collect and reconcile revenue, furnishing receipts upon request
  • Accurately categorize tickets for audits and complete detailed shift reports
  • Follow all cash bank standard operating procedures
  • Operate equipment such as register, gate, and credit card machine
  • Identify and collect revenue for overnight vehicles not previously charged
  • Maintain claim checks and guest folio archives
  • Produce guest vehicle key inventory and manage pick up order
  • Maintain clean and neat work environment including cashier booth and surrounding areas
  • Collect claim checks and check keys for vehicle location and damage surveys prior to securing keys
