Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
- Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
- No special certifications required
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Adherence to company policies and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests and assist with luggage as needed
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections and complete claim tickets accurately
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles following all safety procedures
- Efficiently manage traffic flow in the valet area during busy times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional valet area
- Accurately clock in/out and report gratuities in line with company policy
- Address guest questions, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously
- Arrive punctually, dressed in uniform, adhering to all rules and safety guidelines
- Support teammates and assist with additional tasks to ensure smooth operations
