Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree
- must hold a valid driver’s license for the state or commutable distance
- one month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination
- knowledge of customer and personal service principles
- ability to read and write standard English
- ability to comprehend simple instructions and write correspondence
- ability to perform basic arithmetic and understand time and rate systems
- ability to operate manual transmissions is highly desirable
- ability to perform parallel parking
- ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- availability for PM shifts with open schedule
- must be able to travel up to 5%
Job Qualifications

- one month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes
- ability to read and write standard English
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- effective presentation skills in one-on-one and small group situations
- basic arithmetic skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with money
- understanding of 24 hour and military time systems
- understanding of rate systems applicable to time passed
- ability to operate manual transmission is highly desirable
- skill in performing parallel parking
Job Duties
- maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients
- acknowledges and greets guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor
- uses guest last names during interactions
- uses salutation of the day and welcomes guests to the location
- practices proper Towne Park phone etiquette
- posts up in designated areas when not completing tasks
- parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously
- assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed
- opens all vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries
- provides guests with information about outlets, meeting rooms, and amenities
- delivers messages, items and guest amenities as requested
- shuttles guests to appropriate approved places
- explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests
- issues claim checks after receiving vehicle keys
- collects claim checks before issuing keys
- completes and maintains all ticket information including key tags, guest folios, vehicle locations, damage surveys, and claim check receipts
- calculates and collects revenue when needed
